House Rules

Arcade Time is built for fun, food, games, and shared experiences. These house rules help keep the venue safe, respectful, and enjoyable for every guest.

By entering the venue, participating in arcade games or attractions, ordering food or drinks, or using the premises, guests agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and attraction-specific safety requirements.

Safety and Conduct

  • Firearms, weapons, and dangerous items are not permitted on the premises, regardless of permit status, except by authorized law enforcement.
  • Drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
  • Harassment, fighting, threatening behavior, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
  • No running, rough play, or unsafe movement through the arcade or restaurant areas.
  • Guests may not damage, tamper with, or misuse games, attractions, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or other property.

Age, Alcohol, and Chaperone Rules

  • Alcohol may only be consumed by guests 21 or older with valid identification.
  • Service may be refused at management’s discretion. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and comply with staff direction.
  • Last call is 2:00 AM. Alcoholic beverages must be finished or discarded by 2:30 AM.
  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 10:00 PM.

Food, Smoking, and Attire

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the arcade or restaurant.
  • Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas where allowed, and never inside the building.
  • Appropriate attire, including shirt, shoes, and bottoms, is required at all times. Management may deny entry or service to anyone not dressed suitably for the venue.

Property, Belongings, and Loitering

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Arcade Time is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
  • Theft, vandalism, or intentional property damage may result in removal from the premises and potential prosecution. Guests who intentionally damage property may be held financially responsible.
  • Loitering is not permitted. Guests are welcome to explore briefly before making a purchase, but seating, tables, gaming spaces, and venue areas are reserved for active guests.

Cameras, Photos, and Recording

  • Surveillance cameras are in use throughout the property for guest safety, loss prevention, security, and operational purposes. Monitoring may include facial recognition or other AI-assisted technologies where used by the venue.
  • Personal photography and video recording are welcome in publicly accessible guest areas, but are not permitted in employee-only, back-of-house, or otherwise restricted spaces.
  • Commercial photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, or production activity require prior approval from Arcade Time.
  • By entering Arcade Time premises, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by the venue. Guests who prefer not to appear in marketing content should notify a manager.

Attractions and Health Notices

  • Some games and attractions have their own posted rules, disclaimers, age guidance, safety instructions, or participation requirements. Guests must follow all posted attraction rules and staff instructions.
  • The venue may include flashing lights, video effects, motion, sound, and visual effects that could affect guests with photosensitive epilepsy or other sensitivities. Enter and participate at your own discretion.
  • Menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, wheat, and shellfish. Guests with food allergies should notify a staff member before ordering.

Liability and Management Rights

Guests acknowledge that participation in arcade games, attractions, activities, dining, and use of the premises is at their own risk. Arcade Time USA, its affiliates, and related parties are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, damage, accidents, or other claims except where prohibited by law.

Management reserves the right to remove or refuse service to any guest for unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or non-compliant behavior.
